We process orders every week day, and aim to dispatch orders that we have stock of within one working day. Delivery times are quoted below, and are quoted from receipt of shipment email:
Standard UK delivery = 3-5 working days after receiving shipment email, excludes weekends and bank holidays [normally by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class on smaller items]
UK priority delivery = 1-2 working days after receiving shipment email, excludes weekends and bank holidays [normally by DPD]
International delivery = 5-10 working days after receiving shipment email, excludes weekends and bank holidays [dependent on country]
We use DPD for bulky/valuable orders. If the order is received before 12pm, the items are in stock and priority shipping is selected, the order will be dispatched for priority delivery. Our priority shipping is defined as you will receive your goods the following day after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
This type of shipping will require a signature, and we advise that a mobile number be provided so you can be notified for the one-hour delivery window DPD provide on the day of delivery. If no-one is going to be around to sign for the parcel[s] we ask that orders are shipped to a business address. This is to avoid any delays where you may not be in to sign for a package, and is only available to the UK mainland, excluding Highlands and Islands. Highlands and Islands areas are normally a two-day delivery service with DPD; you will be notified of any delays.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If the item you’d like is shown online but out of stock, you can check availability in store by calling us, making sure you have the product details to hand. If the product is available you can place an order over the phone.
WHY DO WE DISPLAY PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK ONLINE?
We will show out of stock products online so you still have access to the product details, or so you can (in some instances) place the item on back order to be delivered when the item returns to stock.
Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control, there are discrepancies with stock levels, resulting in out of stock items being reported as in stock. In these cases we will inform you immediately if there is an alternative or if the item is due back in stock. However, if neither of these options is available we will inform you of our decision to not process your order.
If your item is not in stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible by email [please check spam/trash folders] or phone, with the option to back order or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
